The interior is inspired by Ulrica's various paintings and has been recreated by the glass painter Charlotta Kjellander. Me and My Snakes is produced in a limited edition of 300 copies.

Ulrica's fascination with snakes began when, as a four-year-old, she sat in a snake nest in the rice field in the family's garden and played with the newly hatched baby snakes. Her mother was horrified and that memory stayed with Ulrica throughout her life. "The snakes follow me. I make them in clay, in glass, they are in my pictures. It's a mixture of fear and desire. Fear because I know a snake is dangerous, that's what my mother screamed. But pleasure for that I am controlling the fear. Because I have discovered that there is a magical feeling with snakes, in the midst of the terror and the lust. That is important in life."
