When you have placed an order and it has been accepted in our systems, it may be technically difficult for us to annul or change it. If you change your mind or need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our customer service and make sure you have your order number available. 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a statutory right of withdrawal, meaning that you are entitled to withdraw from the contract (i.e. a purchase you have made on the Website) within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods (if your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the time limit is calculated from when you receive the last part of your order).
If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form we provide here [länka till formuläret], but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods if you use the pre-paid return label and follow the instructions that are enclosed with your shipment. Otherwise, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
6. VOLUNTARY RETURNS POLICY
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, Orrefors offers a voluntary returns policy allowing you to return goods you purchase on the Website within 30 days from when you receive the goods. The goods you return shall be unused, without damage, in their original packaging and hangtags etc. included in the delivery from us shall be returned.
You may return the goods free of charge by using the pre-paid return label and following the instructions that are enclosed with your shipment.
Provided that you adhere to the provisions above, we will refund you the full purchase price within ten working days from when we have received the goods back at our warehouse and we have processed the return.
If you would like to exchange the product you received for another size or color, please return your product and order a new product of your preferred choice. Alternatively, contact our customer service and we will guide you further.

Please note that the right of withdrawal and the voluntary returns policy do not apply in relation to the following:
a) goods made to the consumer’s specifications, or which are clearly personalized; or
b) sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
8. DEFECTIVE GOODS
You are entitled to return goods which, upon delivery, are defective or not in conformity with your order. In case you receive defective goods, you need to contact us and inform us of the defect as soon as possible, however not later than two months after you noticed (or should have noticed) the defect.
Kosta Boda remains liable to you for any defects or lack of conformity which exists at the time when the goods were delivered and which becomes apparent within three years (or such shorter period of time that is stated by statutory law in your country of purchase) of that time. Unless proved otherwise, any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within six months of delivery (or such longer period of time that is stated by statutory law in your country of purchase) of the goods shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of conformity.
If you return goods which you deem defective, we will examine the goods and – if we agree that the goods are defective – either repair or replace the goods or refund you the purchase price.
Your return is free of charge, provided that you use the pre-paid return label and follow the instructions that are enclosed with your shipment. Delivery of replacement goods will be made free of charge.

We will contact you in case an event of Force Majeure occurs that affects our possibility to perform our obligations towards you. If your delivery of goods is affected by the Force Majeure event, we will re-schedule delivery to a date as soon as possible after the event of Force Majeure is over.
